Our Work

At Foundation 29, we work to help the patients affected by rare diseases take control of their medical data and help medical providers find the diagnoses that serve as the core of their treatment plans. By creating technologies, combining information sources, standardizing data, and offering easy-to-use experiences, we have channeled our efforts into two major platforms, Dx29 and Health29.

For Clinicians

Dx29

Dx29 is a powerful digital tool designed from the ground up to give clinicians augmented capabilities to allow you to deliver accurate diagnoses for rare diseases faster than previously possible.

For Patients

Health29

Health29 is a secure platform built to make your health data work better for you. Health29 gives patients full control of their medical history, allowing them to share it with anyone they want, or contribute your history to the greater research community, patient associations and specific groups of individual patients to help them learn more about their diseases.
